Design option 1
Design/Build offers are the convenience and comfort of one-stop shopping. The client looks to a single entity to take full responsibility for design, construction and satisfactory completion, delivering the project on time and on budget. This means greater efficiency, cooperation instead of conflict, and a better project for the time and money invested. With the latter introduction, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss being the providers for the Landscape Architecture Design dimension to your Design Build service; Together, we can work with you through the Landscape Planning and Development permit process, approval processes and provide appropriate yet innovative design solutions and be cognizant of LEEDs, Built Green, and any other smart and sustainable consideration’s . We can also provide you with a comprehensive budget for the overall landscape construction project as well.

Design option 2
Our focus is primarily with design/build is with residential homeowners, developers and homebuilders, assisting them to complete their landscaping desires and needs, We design and construct customized residential landscapes. We manage the landscape site design and carry out the construction, producing community streetscapes, creating functional and attractive spaces for any homeowner, enhancing the exterior living environment.
Our process includes:
- The start - Year Round Landscaping Inc once contacted will set up a free consultation with the homeowner, and or homebuilder /developer to create a design package for the various needs, and models of homes. Generating a landscape design options tailored to homeowner or builder alike; including options for construction material and budgeting as they relate to the landscape packages and clients needs.
- A Quote and Company Profile will be sent to the client for review
- A Design Contract will be established to ensure all of the needs and items are met upon completion
- The process will begin and can include the following depending on clients requests:
- Base plan, Hand Sketch, Concept Designs, Hand and Computer Renderings, Theming and Imaging, Elevation and Construction Drawings, Planting Layouts, Maintenance and Care instructions, and Estimating.
- Once the first Concept Design has been completed the homeowner will review the concept and any revisions required will be adjusted to finalize the design.
- Once changes are made we will then create any Elevation, Construction, and Planting drawings if included in the package tailored. The homeowner reviews these design adjustments and materials selections, we will answer any questions, provide suggestions (1 hour meeting), customization services beyond basic are available on an hourly basis.
- The design is now complete an estimate will be provided for scope of work required to be completed
- Once the budget has been accepted a start date will be scheduled for project.
- Final follow up Upon completion of landscape construction, we will arrange a post construction follow up, and answer any questions the client may have.
